These Terms are provided by Space Sat Lab, Inc., a Delaware corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States ("Space Sat Lab", "we", "us").

Access to the website

The public website is provided for general information about Space Sat Lab and Stamper One. We may update, change, or remove content at any time, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the website without notice.

Access to Stamper One

Access to the Stamper One terminal is provided to approved users on a preview, trial, or licensed basis, subject to any additional agreement between you and us. Access is personal to the approved user or organisation, is not transferable, and may be subject to limits, entitlements, and term. We may grant, decline, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The website, the Stamper One terminal, and all of their content, including the signals, observations, interpretations, data, models, methodology, software, text, and design, are owned by Space Sat Lab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your internal institutional purposes only. No other rights are granted.

User responsibilities

  • Keep your access credentials confidential and do not share access with unauthorised parties.
  • Provide accurate information when requesting access or creating an account.
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
  • Be responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Restrictions on use

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying models, methodology, or source.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, authentication, or security measures.
  • Use automated means to access the service except as we expressly authorise in writing.
  • Use the service to build or train a competing product or dataset.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these terms, suspected misuse, or to protect the integrity of our systems and data. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

No warranties

The website and the service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
