Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 June 2026

This policy explains what information Space Sat Lab collects when you use our website and the Stamper One terminal, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what we need to operate the service and to support institutional users.

01

Who we are

Space Sat Lab, Inc. is a Delaware corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Space Sat Lab operates this website and the Stamper One terminal and is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

02

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information created when you use the service, and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically.

  • Information you provide: when you request access, contact us, or create an account, we collect your name, company, role, organisation type, work email, optional phone number, and the use cases you select.
  • Account information: if you are granted access to Stamper One, we maintain your account email and access status.
  • Payment information: if you purchase access, payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Usage information: basic, privacy-minimised analytics about how the public website is used (see Analytics and cookies below).
03

How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate, secure, and improve the service, and to communicate with institutional users.

  • To review access requests and provide and administer the Stamper One terminal.
  • To respond to inquiries and provide support.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions and entitlements.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of our data and systems.
  • To understand, at an aggregate level, how the public website is used so we can improve it.
04

Communications

We use your contact details to respond to your requests and to send service-related messages, such as access instructions, account notices, and security or billing information. We send transactional email through our email delivery provider. We do not sell your contact information.

05

Analytics and cookies

Our public website uses privacy-minimised analytics. We record the pages visited, an anonymous browser-generated session identifier, the approximate country derived from our content network, the referring source, and a one-way hashed representation of the browser user agent.

We do not store visitor IP addresses for website analytics, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details on the limited cookies and similar technologies we use.

06

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business and legal purposes. Access requests and account records are retained while your relationship with us is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Aggregate and anonymised analytics may be retained for longer because they no longer identify you. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

07

Third-party services

We build on established infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. These currently include:

  • Vercel: hosting and delivery of the public website and application front end.
  • Supabase: database and authentication.
  • Railway: hosting of our backend analytical services.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery.
  • Stripe: payment processing for paid access.
  • Google Workspace: internal email and business operations.

These providers process information only as needed to deliver their service to us. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

08

Data security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and minimisation of the data we collect. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if an issue arises. See our Security page for more detail.

09

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to that processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@spacesatlab.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
